The best image bank that I could find was vukeeM. It's easy and straith forward. You need a paypal account and an email address before you join. That's all.

You can also Google image houses or photo stock houses.
People buy the right to use your photo only once for whatever project they want. The photo stays your property. Everytime someone want to use it they must pay for it. You get like a dollar for all sales afer vukeeM took their share.
